This is the cheapest place I have found seats. I got one and it isn't to bad.

Although mine did not come from OEM, I'm pretty sure it's the same seat. Actually, I've been a little disappointed with it. If it gets rained on, you'll have a wet butt for days. If I were buying another, I would get silver vinyl. I would also spend the extra few bucks for the grommet. After about 4 yrs. on the tractor, the upholstery has begun puckering in places, it's not nearly as pretty as it was when new. Again, I think vinyl would have held it's shape better.

Just make sure it is the version with a grommet. Their (OEM's) picture of the bottom shows the hole but the top doesn't.

This looks good but no drain hole. Some suppliers have this seat with the brass center drain hole. Or, maybe you plan to cover it on those rainy days. Just a thought...........

I have bought several from OEM, both vinyl and canvas and they all seem fine. I don't have any with the drain holes but mine don't sit outside only at shows and the canvas seat is only on my Super C with a flip over base. OEM also seems to be very competitive on price.

My seat rusted out in the middle, and threatened to impale me, so I cut out the rusty section, drilled the spot welds, and replaced the center of the seat. It lasted for about two years, and then started cracking around the edge of the mounting bracket. Probably not worth the hassle. I just got a new silver canvas seat from a seller on e-bay. Only had it on about a week, but it is more comfortable than the plain steel.
