Perhaps Dale Finch could take a drive over and enlighten the seller as to what he has.

May be the bolster was replaced and sports the 1950 serial tag. Or may be it is that illusive prototype every one wishes they had.

It looks like he has a lot confused, the "buggy top" is on the tractor next to it (an A?) I agree, Dale should be able to sort it all out for him!

Sheesh! I would have voted for a replaced bolster...guess some casting numbers would help date it! Out of curiosity, if it were closer (about 45 minutes away) I would go by and take a look. At that price, I think it will be around for a while! Perhaps if I make a trek to Harbor Freight to get a bearing splitter, I will go on over!

Boss I sent him an email a few days ago and ask him for the serial number since I had never seen a 50 like that. he responded with his fathers phone number and said he didn't know anything about it, he just posted it.
