Tractor, probably 12-17 hundred in this area depending on condition- brakes, cracks, welds, engine, etc.
The plow is an older one, but power angle is nice. I'd peg that at $500- no way you could build it for that.
Wheel weights $200
Chains not pictured $100
I have never seen one of those cabs. Looks nice, wiper too. I'll bet someone would pay up to $1000 for the cab.

the SOLD AS IS always makes me nervous when i see it so emphatic. There is an article in the Book of Knowledge on how to buy a tractor. I would look it over really close before bidding the $3000 I'll bet the seller wants.

I would be willing to say that Bob is probably bang on the money. I know I have well over $500.00 invested in the blade and the conversion - probably $350.00 for the hydraulics alone. The cab - I priced it out for steel and so far my version will probably cost around $250.00 and about the same for the glass - used bus windows. So with the the weights, chains and tractor you should be looking about $2,700.00 which would be a fair price in my mind for what there is. I would be looking at enclosing in the rest of the cab though and capturing some heat from the engine.

Just not many pics for me to spend that kind of money, and not much of a description. I think if i were close i would try to go look at it and ask more ?s.

36 miles one way if the driving directions are correct. Contact the seller and set up an appointment to inspect the tractor.
Bob in CT. There is an article in the Book of Knowledge on how to buy a tractor.
If you are not familiar with Cubs, suggest taking someone along who is and read over the article Bob suggested. Print it out and take with you.

Price wise. I think the selling prices suggested by other posters is correct. However, I wouldn't spend that kind of money without inspecting the tractor.

I'll bet she's a real bear to get on and off of with that cab installed. Also, the cab is not doing much good without the rest of the vinyl enclosures. At that point, it's nothing more than a hinderance for getting on the tractor. I htink $4k is a bit steep for that tractor alone, with no other attachments, and the cab being incomplete. Also, it looks like a rattle can paint job, you can see that the tie rods are bent, the amp gauge is shot, seat is showing rust through at the roll seam, battery box cover is missing, holes in the grill, etc. Unfortunately, the tractor looks nice from far, but I doubt it's that nice up close (based on the photos). Someone did spend some $$ making up the hyd angle for the snow blade, but why not finish the tractor up right to begin with????? It probably does run fine, and may be better than I'm thinking after looking at the photos, but there's no way I'd spend that kind of money on it without looking it over real good in person. Just my opinion though.

The cabs alone list for a bare bones Cab from Sims around $2000. It is not a homemade cab and the back and side vinyl is probably available. Probably not much more dificult to get onto than a LoBoy. Probably worth around 3K more or less if you wanted one with a cab and snow plows with such features.

That cub is mine. It has bo cracks or welds, was painted 3 years ago with tractor supply paint with a spray gun not as a show peice, it sits outside. It was just used for the bizzard we had. I have been unable to get the curtians made doto medical issues and thats the only reason I am selling it. I never had a problem getting on and off it with the cab on. Asking 4k because of all the lowballers out ther. Any questions feel free to ask.

I had a feeling that it belonged to a member of this site. Low ballers???? Ya think, lol. Did you get the cab new and for a Cub or was it retrofitted? It probably would be easy to get the cab enclosed. A sailmaker could easily cover frames with fabric. Frame could easily be fabricated at most metal shops. Hope your medical issues go away and that you sell it for a price that makes you happy. :)

The cab is a Simms cab made for the cub back in I beleive the 60's. I bought it years ago and reasyored it.I did move the rear supports back to give more room. A local shop was going to make me the curtains but its not important at this time. You van find the IH ad for the cab on TMtractors website. As for the power angle plow I have every bit of $500 in the Hyd.alone.

Bob:

It is a nice Cub:

Same blade as the one I have on Ellie, works very well. Since that is a Sims gonna have to revise the estimate upwards a bit.
