Postby Scott » Wed May 04, 2005 6:03 pm

I recived the new red power today. I was wondering what size picture to send in the "mailbox" section. Also Do I send a picture and they scan it or do i send it all together on one peice and they just scan it that way?
Thanks in advance!

Send what ever size picture you want, and they will resize it to fit their format. If you already have it on your computer, send it on a disk, or as an email attachment.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!

You can mail a hard copy letter and photograph or email them as file attachments. It either case, you should keep the letter and the picture as separate items. As to size, the bigger the better. I hesitate to quote this because I may not have the figure right, but I believe the magazine is printed at 300 dpi. So even a small picture like is used with the letters is going to be something like 700 pixels wide.

Glad you liked the article. I don't have my copy yet, so haven't seen how the finished product looks.
