The bolt to adjust the blade cutting angle is in the center of the blade just below where the pin would drop thru for side to side angle adjustment. There are 3 adjustment holes there and yours seems to be in the hole closest to the front. There is a bracket with the rod and spring that bolts there. The rod and spring are laying down. If you move the bolt to the center hole it will stand the blade up and do a much better job. This is the bolt these guys are referring to. Check under the main frame just below the center angle adjusting pin.
