Anyone have Ron Luebke's number ?
He has one that keeps popping up on the home site pictures. I sent him a PM about it but he's not been on the forum since around Thanksgiving.

Boss:

This was posted in the Cub Vine Hey Boss, Here is a red with white hood. So just in case you don't see it, here it is:

1968 International Harvester Cub Tractor

Tractor in great condition and engine runs good. Everything works. 12 volt. One point hook-up. Serial# 231348J. Original paint on this tractor. White paint on the hood instead of standard red tells that this tractor was a "showroom model" and was purchased off the showroom floor by the original owner. I am the second owner.

Very neat pictures Rudi, plus the info write up helps a lot.
Been a while and I'd not seen this at the end of the postings
Thanks

That tractor hardly looks original but it might have the cut fender.

If you're referring to the last pictures posted, that is a standard Farmall Cub and not a Lo-boy with the supposed "cut" fender.

Yogie, Ron's tractor is in the foreground. The square nose in the background to which you are referring belongs to Harvey Bald in South Georgia. It was originally a yellow/white Cub, but he liked red better.

Here I am standing next to Harvey's tractor on the same day the photo was taken that you have seen on the home site.

Boss,
Mine came with FH off the tractor and LF194 FH Plow along with the sickle bar mower in the photo and a partial set of cultivators. Front rockshaft was there as was the helper spring rod guide bracket, though at some point in time I recall someone saying that all Cubs came set up this way.

The local one has a fast hitch. I will have to get over and look at it again and snag some more photos.

I too had seen that Red with White Hood on the homepage as it pops up occassionally. As Ron Luebke's name was mentioned a little above on this thread, Lo and Be-hold, I was out in my pasture doing a little renovating (ground work) pulling with the 77 cub, and someone stopped in a white Dodge truck, and waved at me. I journeyed over to the fence on the dead-end road where I live, and Ron introduced himself as a "fellow cubber". He had heard someone in his "new neighborhood" had some working cubs from our buddy Phil-dit-it.
Ron moved in November 2012, to be my neighbor down the road from us. I "cub-berd" on down to his place later in the day (about a 1/4 of a mile), and he showed me his restored cubs (one being his grandfather's with lots of cub history). We're going to have a "cub parade" around the neighborhood when the weather permits. Hope to keep following this interesting thread.
Happy Cubbing to All.

I knew Bob, Peter's had a funky seat on it if I recall correctly

This is the 1964 12V Farmall Cub we owned a few years back. S/N 22444X J

That's a crazy seat. I have one like it on my CC104, alot out of place, out of a Geo I think.
