The first night time are Christmas parade is 11 days away, and surprisingly I am almost ready. Only thing left to do is to make a cover to keep rain off the generator just in case. The polar bear is an inflatable and shivers from the cold. To haul the cub I let the bear deflate, and lift the trees out of the bases, and put all of them into the back of the truck. A couple of neighbor kids plan to ride the trailer.

China Grove-Landis, NC had it's annual parade last Tuesday. Only saw one tractor, and it was the wrong color! Kannapolis, NC parade in early December.

Looks good. What would really impress me though is to have the bear drive the cub and you ride on the trailer.

The bear does have a zipper to allow access to the blower, etc. if you are volunteering.

Our parade in Princeton is Monday night, I'll be gettin' the M out Sunday afternoon and gettin' her ready. It just gets a wreath with battery operated lights hanging on the grille. Parades in Bluefield, West Virginia and Bluefield, Virginia next two Saturdays...

Here's a little video that one of our IH Collectors Club members made on his wife's Cub LoBoy at the Raleigh, NC Christmas Parade last Saturday. Ch. 37 has participated in it the last several years. It's the biggest Christmas Parade on the east coast between Atlanta & D.C.

Ours is tonight. Some years we have tractors and some we don't. Sure would be nice to put Ellie in but that is a 20km ride just to get to the starting line and then it is a 2 hour stint from there on in. Sure would be hard on the rear rubber, but tons of fun

Al,
I had hoped to work it out to come down for the parade last weekend but I just couldn't make it happen. Someday I hope I can make a Chapter Christmas parade and a Spring Plow Day...

I did the Raleigh parade several years ago. Lots of fun, I never thought I would be driving a tractor down Hillsborough Street in Raleigh...
Don't feel bad, I have never gotten to a spring plowday either.
