Found a Super French Plate

Postby Patbretagne » Mon Apr 18, 2005 2:21 am

Our Allis C was invited to a vehicule Flea Market along with 21 other tractors, lots of cars, motorbikes, the lot. Next to Allis was a Super Cub.

I think that sherlock has found the reason for the larger plate stain behind my replaced plate.

If you compare this photo with the original I posted of the plate actually on the tractor you will see the reason why it is bigger (more lines) and the rivets are in the same place as the smaller plate.
Phew Watson, i'm off to smoke a long pipe , have a relax on the violin and await the next case. "Mrs Hudson, a cup of tea straight away please!"

Pat:

I saved the photo's They are going to go onto the server eventually showing the different Cub Serial Number plates.

Many thanks.

Course, if anyone else has pics of the different plates I would appreciate them.
