A friend of mine has a Farmall A and wants to replace the Carb.. I have a rebuilt Cub Carb. Is the A's Carb larger than the Cub's or will my rebuilt Cub's work.
Thank in advance.

Jmont, the short answer is no. The cub came with an IH carb, and an A always used a third party carb, either Zenith, Carter, or Marvel Schebler. The after-market carbs fo a cub, however, are a Zenith the same physical size as an A carb, but with the bolt holes narrowed in to fit a Cub manifold. In theory, you could drill holes in one of the Zenith Cub carbs to match an A manifold, but I would expect teh jets are smaller too.
