Whose going to the Denton Tractor show in North Carolina?

Postby Ramon » Mon Mar 28, 2005 4:26 pm

I would be curious to know if anyone from this board is going to the Denton Tractor show in North Carolina as it would be nice to meet some of the folks that have been so helpful these last few years. Also, is there website with info on the show?
Thanks
Ramon

I sure would like to go to Red Power. But with sick wife I don't even know if I can get to Denton. Have a neighboor going to RP. He wants me to go with him. He has about 35 Red ones. Daniel H. I have a brother on Wyo Road near Yadkinville.

Ramon, You said what I have been thinking! Don't know if I will be able to attend or not. Was thinking we could take an informal survey on which day, time, and place we could meet to swap stories. Maybe at the rear of the pavillion music hall at midday? What do you guys say that are close enough to attend? I'm thinking Sat. or Mon.

I'll be there July 4th as my wife leaves on a trip on July 3rd. I am definitely game for meeting everyone at noon somewhere on the 4th. If anyone lives between Durham and Denton, I would be willing to give a lift (but be ready to wake up early ;-)

I live close enough I can go any day if I am able to go at all. A avatar of poster would be a good way to start putting a face on a name. I just changed mine from a Cub to ugly old me since most everyone knows what a cub looks like.

:D Sounds like a good idea to me i will be available about any day the only problem is if you have ever been there on the 4th you know there is always a BUNCH of people.also if any of you fellow cubbers like BLUEGRASS music Doyle Lawson has a festival there the first weekend in may thursday thru sunday there will probably be twenty five or more good bluegrass bands Rhonda Vincent being one oe the many that will appear.
