It's rough and a lot of small parts that make it work are missing. I've got my work cut out for me on this one.

IT WAS FREE :!:

Here is a synopsis on the overall condition of FREEman. The radiator base has crack that has been repaired, the block has a repair on the RF where the two bolts hold the front base on, and the ears that hold the fan assembly on have been repaired. Both back tires and LF tire hold air, but are shot, the manifold has a underslung exhaust welded in it, someone started to remove the hydraulics..the rockshaft is present, but not in place. Some items that are gone include the radiator and shroud, front grill, generator, lights, air cleaner, and air pipe to the carb. The motor is not stuck, it will roll, and the transmission can be shifted.

Cub-Bud,

Not BAD and ya can't complain about the price. Just put him under cover until you can locate the parts.

From the list of missing parts, sounds like most of the essential parts are still there to start it up and see what the engine is like, at least for a couple of minutes, before it would get to hot. I have even gone to the extreams of making up garden hose adapters for the water inlets/outlets. Unless you have an extra radiator laying around.

I always like to hear an engine run first, that way I then will know which route will be first, but that's just me.
