Been seeing alot of snow this year up in the brush pile called Northern Ontario. The Cubby has been really earning it's keep pushing all that white stuff.

Last nite I went out and used it to clean off about 4 snowfalls worth of snow off the skating rink. Almost a foot of snow which was about 12 days old on an ice surface of 120' X 45'.

Hey that's alot of snow! I had to carve off a swath down the middle keeping the blade up to take off about 5" at a time until I had a good path enough to push each half off to the sides. A fair bit of slipping and sliding. It's amazing the chains don't really do much damage to the surface. I also found by "tilting the blade forward so that the skids are not touching, I can "scrape" right down to the surface.

Once I got everything pushed to the sides, out comes the snowblower, up and over it goes.

Not much manual labour here, this Cub's a bull.

Just had to share that.
