What's it worth
Would a set of working hydraulics for a 1948 Cub be worth $200? Includes everything.
Always try the easiest thing first.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

It would be cheap at twice the price
Now, ifn you have a line on one at that price and don't want it, let me know and I will have the current owner air freight it to me so I can put it on Granny. Even with the freight and duty plus taxes, it would be a steal.
Just heard that the pump alone was worth over $350.00Cdn. That means, no reservoir, no tubing, - nada. Just the pump. Reservoir is worth at least that much as well, plus another hundred or so for the lines. Add another 50 or 60 for the quadrant and lever, 20 for the rod, 15 each for the stops.... as you can see the price just escalates.
I bought Granny for less than that

John, I have never had one but maybe you can tell by the pictures.

How did you know it was me? Must have been first timers luck! I goofed up putting my bid in and by the time I got things corrected there was 22 seconds left but I must have made it because it took my bid. Maybe it pays to be almost late!
Well Brent I figured the winners name being Dux and you wanting it that it must be you. I checked the bidders names and bid time results and noticed that you had got it with 22-seconds left and thought that you pulled off a helluva great snipe job. When I bid I always wait till the last 13-seconds to bid. Great Job, Glad you got it.

Brent,
If you look closely at the photos in the eBay listings for the two units that JP Tractor Salvage had listed, the photos are reversed. The one that's listed as the early one (the one you got) has the extra helper spring arm of the later type. I'd give Jamie or John a call and make sure you get the one you need.
