Pictures of Betsy

Although I have been reading the post for a long time I never joined. Thought it was about time. Here are some pictures of my last project. The hood still has to be repaired, painted and installed. I started with the back of the tractor and replaced all bearings, races, seals and gaskets (except for internal engine) all the way to the front.

Cecil, I edited and popped in this link. For some reason the img tags will not work on this url. Not sure why. Hope you don't mind - Rudi

Rudi,
Thanks for fixing the link. When I previewed and tried it worked fine. I like the tractor wider also. When I was a kid the doctor I worked for had one that I used all the time. Almost rolled it over on a steep bank one day. It was a bear getting the adjustable front end freed up. I just kept soaking it with PB Blaster and finally used a porta power to force it apart. Funny thing is once it was free it flopped all over the place.

Hey Cecil...REALLY NICE Cub...You're well on your way son :D . Keep those photos coming. You may want to think about adding Flag Holders on the front headlight brackets :?: ...I just know you've got a parade or two in mind once you get her all completed 8) !

I'm afraid the only parade she will see is around the property with the fast hitch platform or the sickle bar mower. Thinking about trying to find gardens to plow. I really enjoy going up and down a furrow. Must be my simple mind because its very relaxing.
