Some yes, some no. It depends on the specific piece of equipment.

Excellent examples of my point. The plow is the same for both. The disk hitches are different.

I believe you can see the difference if you compare the manuals on Rudi's server. http://www.cleancomputes.com/Cub/Cub%20 ... index.html

The difference is that the Lo-Boy version has the hitch mounted lower, due to the fact that the tractor is 8" closer to the ground, and it can't lift the disk as high.

That will be the main difference between Cub and Lo-Boy implements throughout the entire line.

The most critical difference on the disks is that the Lo-Boy hitch brings it in much closer to the tractor. The disk frame would hit the rear tires on a Farmall long before the coupler could latch.

I have a regular disk with my LoBoy. It lifts it high enough to transport, but the problem is I have "power steering" when it's in the air.

Bill, that's a toolbox. I was down at Ralph's last week and Blackie was sitting in the shop building. Ralph pointed out the toolbox to me. It is mounted to the implement mounting bosses. Very handy!

Jim is correct in the fact that loboy fh implements were built to hug the rear of the tractor. I have found that most of the stuff from a reg will work on a lb and I cant tell the differance. The only thing is the front is light when lifted.

Thanks BD. I kind of thought that was what it is but the only stupid question is the one you thought of and didn't ask. Also through the years i have learned not to ass-u-me.
