Snowplow (Lo-Boy?)

Postby Denny Clayton » Sat Dec 04, 2004 5:08 pm

This snowplow located in PA. looks like my Lo-Boy plow with the shorter hanging bracket. What does anyone think? Any Lo-Boy owners out there need one?

Definately a Lo-boy grader. I should know because I've been fabricating replacement parts to make a Lo-boy blade fit my Cub. The only difference that came with my blade was that I didn't have a front pressure spring lifting arm . I have an assembly that almost looke like the rocker assembly for my manual lift. It's got adjustable brackets that slide back and forth. Perhaps this was used with a chain at one time to get the clearance right? It was a new grader but I can't imagine they did away with the pressure spring assembly given the shock absorption properties that it has. If I figure out how, I'll post a picture of it and let the implement police help me out.
