Rear work light

Postby Ron » Mon Sep 27, 2004 11:41 am

Hi,

My rear work light in burned out.
I was under the impression that it was the same as the two front lights.

I have discovered that the rear is a sealed beam instead of the 1133 bulb that is in the front.

Is the rear supposed to be a sealed beam?
If so, do any of you guys know what number sealed beam to buy for a replacement?

Thanks,

Ron

The rear work lights had 1133's in them too. Yours may have been replaced at some time with a sealed beam unit. You should be able to find a replacement 6 volt sealed beam at and IH dealer, TSC or auto parts store. The bulb number should be stamped on the back of the bulb.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

Ron, If your sealed beam bulb has the two brass screw terminal, I think the bulb # is 4511 for 6V. Dave F.
