There is also a Blue Ribbon Service Manual for Mags - GSS-5035 Service Manual Magnetos.

It doesn't deal with the J-4 itself, but deals with most other IH mags and of course the principles. That may be of some help.

The only manual I have for the mag is the T-37F parts manual. Other than that I just wing it :lol: 8)
