Hello everyone. Starting tomorrow, Phil Lenke (aka Phillip W. Lenke, or PWL) will be taking over the rear seal retainer fix. You all should know by now that Phil does fantastic work and is an excellent machinist. Those of you that have been trying to acquire a retainer from me(Jeff,Rick,Dusty,Sam,Doug,Bob,Dale, and others) shouldn't have any issues with Phil, I'm a slacker, what else can I say Hopefully Phil will catch this post and give his contact info.
There's still some retainer cores out there that I need. Some from over 2 years ago Thanks everyone,
Rick-KubKraft

Re: REAR SEAL RETAINER update
If anyone needs retainers done up
Please PM Me.
Then send core to
Weavertool LLC
7383 Sulier Drive
Temperance ,Michigan 48182
C/O Phillip W. Lenke
That way I can look for it , or them.
I just finished up a retainer for Sam Price ,he can give you any assurance of the quality , I will maintain Rick's standard , though they are set High.
Rick used a Lathe , I will be CNC machining them.
Included will be straightening the plate itself, and may require machining the pan and engine surface before I set in Mill so the seal surface will be perpendicular to the crank .
The cost for the seal and retainer with the core replacement will be $40 plus $5.00 shipping
Total $45.00
I will need the cores, as I do not have a retainer Fairy replacing them under my pillow.
This seems to work out for all involved
I did one for our Demo and seals great.

Rick is not wrong on that statement. For those of you in need of a retainer and don't know Phil, rest assured you will be receiving a top quality product as well as service from him.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.
