I might as well buy stock in Harbor Freight ! Cheap chinese stuff, but most of it I'm only going to use once in a very great while anyway, so it suits me well...

I cleaned off all the stuff in a bucket with some kerosene in it... Everything looks OK visually, although the inner (larger) bearings have some noise when they turn dry. No grinding, I'm hoping it's just the normal dry spin noise...

I'm gonna repack everything tonight and see how it goes...
