That rig must have led an interesting life before they dropped it. It looks like a cub only George could love. I see some kind of strap and bolts where the gas tank and hood meet, as well as waht appears to be a hydralic pump operating a cylinder to move the rockshaft for the touch control. And I thought I was good at jury rigging.

Look at the Tommy tailgate electric lift. I use a setup like that on my tandem axle trailer to make it rare up on the back axle so I can use electric winch to pull non running Cubs up on it.
