Plowing in Paradise

Postby Scott C » Tue Jun 15, 2004 3:49 pm

Better late than never?
Here are some pictures of the plow day we had at the end of April. My F-Cub was the only one there this year but managed to keep up with the big boys. I plowed in second most of the time, even in the mud.

Two way plows were the feature of the day.

This W6 was featured in Red Power (or Farm Collector if I'm wrong).

Lots of good fun till it rained.

I know it's a little off topic but most of you can appreciate the workmanship. I went with Hank Will on Sunday morning and took pictures while he interviewed the guy (and took better pictures) that restored this Regular. If I'm not mistaken, it'll be in an upcoming issue of Red Power.

Donny,
Anything is more fun than moving!
It's pretty cool where I'm at though, I had one neighbor chase me down at the end of the road where I was cutting high grass on a bank. He was glad to see an old tractor working, got other neighbors asking questions. Guy across the street from me is a psycologist.... I think I've got him stumped.

those are some nice pics. That gray is a beautiful paint job. I really didn't know how much work restoring was until I did a couple. Mine didn't turn out anything like that though. Very nice. ds
