FASTHITCH-ROCKSHAFT LINK ARM

Postby Arizona Mike » Mon May 24, 2004 9:27 pm

The connecting link between the hydraulics and the fasthitch on the '59 is curved and looks like it might be bent, but can’t say for sure. This connecting link has the pancake ends on it and an adjusting bolt at the back. It is not like the one on my’49. The ‘49 has three distinct bends and runs straight line between the bends. Also the ‘59 link rubs against the helper spring when raising and lowering. Is this normal, or is it out of adjustment?

Thanks

Mike
