Is this typical for the Lo-boy to have wheels that the center disk is welded to the rim?
If you look closely the wheels don't have the square lug for the bolts ,
the rim and the center disk both have IH part numbers.

The numbered Lo-Boys (154/185/184) have that type wheel.
