I decided that in self defence I needed to upgrade my cub hauling capabilities.
Note the cage so I can secure it when BigDog is around.
It is a 1998 Loadmaster with a 7x16 foot deck. As I suspected, it is a little heavy for my 4wd Ranger, so I am presently trying to find someone with a little smaller and lighter trailer that is interested in some trading. Cage is actually a stock rack that just sets on the trailer.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

John,
You're too late, just ask Bud...I'm in Batesville as you read this loading your Cub and a few more, (repo of the oil cup). You can pick it up in Pollock Pines. BigDog and I have been planning this for sometime. Sorry
Just kidding never got a chance to see the Cubs...Pretty busy but at least I got a chance to visit.

Well Donny, we tried! Next time, throw down some possum carcasses to keep them boys busy! We won't tell John which of us has his cub and he won't know which direction to head in.

Not to worry John....Missy is safe and sound under the carport as I type this. I do have a "cub-dog" out in the yard that keeps a watch over the "flock". He was raised with cubs from a pup so, he thinks he is a cub. Anytime a threat comes around, he runs it down a kills it
Donny....I ate enough fish for both of us....the place was PACKED Talk to you soon.

Sorry our planning wasn't better We should use the Marines in our contingency plan next time.
Funny you should mention the Marines, a few if them volunteered to keep an eye open for suspicous trailers for me. They said something about being prepared to stay on station over eastern Mississippi for a while, and discourageing any unauthorized hauling.
