Sorry for delays

Postby Rudi » Sun Feb 29, 2004 3:00 pm

Guys,

Sorry for the holdup on the new uploads. Been working on the GSS series manuals and I am now at the GSS-1411 conversion to html format.

Been sick since Tuesday or so, and in bed for the last 3/4 days. Finally getting over whatever it was now. Diabetes on top of everything else can really beat the you know what out of you.....

I am hoping to have the GSS series done by Tuesday and uploaded as well as the newly revamped Maintenance and Tips section. We have a couple of new articles for your perusal.

I am also hoping to have the first edition of the CubFest Northeast Events Calendar out in the next week - keeping my fingers crossed.

Amazing how much you can miss in a couple of days - 45 posts on ATIS and at least that much and probably more here :!: Has taken a couple of hours just reading to catch up..

Rudi,

Take care of yourself first! I hope you can be back to normal soon! Just so you know... your absence leaves a big void! Best of luck to you.

As George said, take care of yourself, you've been missed.

Rudi -
Take this as your 'official' get-out-of-bed-free' PASS!
For all you do, Kudos!
Best to you
If we ever get that far Northeast again, it would be great fun to meet the Canadian cubbers.
Thanks for all,
Larry

Hey guys:

Thanks for all the good wishes and sentiments that have been expressed. Sure makes a guy feel good to know that he has friends :!:

It sure would be nice to meet each and every one of you. I feel as though I have known you all for years and years - what a wonderful feeling :D

JB, you betcha, I have those days as well.

I have been medically retired now over 12 years, and every day that I wake up I am having a good day. Some good days are much better than the others. The meds get to be a bit much - depending on what is going on - up to 63 pills per day -- God, I don't have to eat, all I need is me pill box  :censored:  Diabetes is only the latest addition and that was a Christmas gift 2 Christmases ago now!

The Lord has kept me here, I guess there is a reason. Each day I wake up thanking the Lord and each night I go to sleep thanking the Lord! I also thank him for all the wonderful people he has brought into my life :D
