Mike, That should qualify for the "Deal of the year Award" now thats a nice jack and well made too :!:
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.

Mike, you are lucky, the only thing I have ever found at a yard sale in my area was old clothes to use for grease rags.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!

I had to re-read your post because I thought you had bought it at hip-hop recording artist Fifty Cent's yard sale. Good deal there!

Geeze Mike. You should feel guilty for taking advantage of the seller.

All I ever find at garage sales is used small women's clothing. Kinda ticks me off cause I don't fit in a size 9 dress any more.
I have an excuse. CRS.

that's "Fitty" !!!!

Postby boldpsi » Thu Feb 14, 2008 10:59 am

BrianJ,

i've been corrected by my rap-loving friends numerous times on this, and so i thought i'd let you know so that you don't commit the same faux pas as me (even though i know you aren't "pronouncing it" when you write it) ... it's spelled "fifty", but only stuck-up white folks like me say "fifty-cent" - it's pronounced "Fitty"

http://www.50cent.com/

and just so that you know.. have you ever drank "Vitamin Water"??? that's part of 50's long list of money-making ventures:

"To coincide with this month's release of his new CD, beverage marketer Glaceau introduced a platinum label for its popular grape-flavored Formula 50 vitamin water. The drink, co-created by 50, has sold 10 million bottles since its October launch."

if i could only be shot 9 times, live, and be a rapper!
