Danco C-3 seals & pulley for outer spindle?

I'm finally getting around to rebuilding my Danco C-3 mower deck. In the process of disassembly, I broke one of the cast outside pulleys. (stupid is as stupid does). The bearings are in good shape, but I'll need to replace the seals. It looks like the IH seal numbers are 474094R91 (6 per) and the pulley is 474161R1. Is there a cross reference number for the seals and who might sell the pulley?
