Stupid question - been wondering

Postby Tulip » Sat Jan 19, 2008 11:17 am

Has anyone ever chosen to paint there Cub black? For example, a demo, has white on certain parts, but instead of white, paint those areas black.

Would heat in the summer be an issue? Thought it might be cool to take a non-demo and paint it black.

I know I have seen pics on the forum of someone putting a picture in photoshop and seeing purple, orange, etc.

If Ralph still has the pictures - his beautiful yellow and white cub named Blackie came to him painted black.

That's my current plan for the RatCub... black with red sheet metal and wheels. Possibly FLAT black. I'm not worried at all about the correct police.

George,

I don't think you have to worry about the correct police on this project. It is very original :D

I remember seeing a black H or M, looked sharp with the silver wheels and seat.

Let's not start using slurs - the PC term is "Little Person"!

... And I for the record, I am being sarcastic! I don't believe in PC.

I have a 48 I need to repaint one of these days, but I am having trouble making up my mind whether to stay traditional or do something creative with it. Been thinking about camouflage or maybe something like this

The correct term would be "vertically challanged", I for one, am.
I had more to say but deleted it

I think what Donny means is that he is vertically challenged because he has too much of it. Unlike those of us with a lower, more stable center of gravity. As Garfield once said, "I'm not overweight, I'm undertall." It seems that most people that practice PC tend to be "reality challenged".
