Sorry for your loss Mike, just keep your chin up and take the time you need to make the right decision for you, your family and your employees. I know in small buisiness employees alot of times are just like family and that sometimes makes decisions even harder. Don't let the insurance co push you either. Good luck, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Chuck

Thanks again, for all the thoughts and comments--we still don't know what we're doing, but today we got started cleaning up. Got the OK on Tuesday to get rid of all the steel roofing, had a roll-off delivered at 8AM today and it was full by 10AM--some by hand, lots by Komatsu excavator! All that came from one side of the building(72x115') then a bigger roll-off for all the wood debris(can't burn it anymore) and they went back with the first container, dumped it and returned it to the other side of the building where it got filled again. I've been stripping the wire out of all the conduit for scrap--a fun job! Looks like a wet day tomorrow so we'll have to find something else to do.
I'm truly amazed by the number of people that have offered their time, equipment, and encouragement in the last few days--it really makes us all feel good.
Thanks again, Mike
How can you have too many Cubs????
