Oh oh, oil pumped out is a bad sign. Either over filled or lots of water (common problem). The fill level plug is the small one on the left side just below the 'hump'. But if you drain to the right level will all that's left be water?? Guess you gotta proceed now, so it can't hurt to pull that plug.

Some penetrating oil may help?? You can see the plug under the hump here:

If you had to pump out oil to see the shifter forks your tranny is way over filled. Sounds like you'll need to get the drain plug out or at least remove the small plug on the side and let the excess drain out.

17 mm metric socket is what I used on the plug. Recessed ,so there is no room for a pipe wrench to grab. Ed
