You might take a flashlight and look into the fuel tank to where the outlet is. I found a large chunk of crud blocking the fuel from leaving the tank.

Re: Fuel line question
Fuel strainer parts are also available at Carquest Auto Parts and some other sellers. If you need to replace the fuel line, a steel 5/16 brake line is the right size to use to make one. Info on the "HOW TO" forum.
