I don't recall ever seeing a 23A here in this part of the country.. well, that is normal I guess.. And unfortunately the disc's don't fold on a 6 foot outthrow.. lift is the only way to go, so it was a worthwhile conversion. I like it a lot, and it works well.. it is as good as a tiller any day..
