Backswamp,
Thanks for the great story. That is the way my luck goes. I would keep in touch with him . You may run across him at a local tractor show. you may slowly wear him down or catch him in a weak moment. Good luck

I was so caught up in what I thought it was that I got carried away. I was surprised when Billyandmillie didn't comment since he's not far from the western end of the "Black Swamp".

Actually George, I replied that I was one street over from the BlackSwamp Choppers, but then realized it was Backswamp  , so I erased it :D

Backswamp,

I know the feeling all too well. Like alot of us on here, I am always keeping a keen eye out for Cubs. They are rare up here in Northern Ontario but I know the whereabouts of at least half a dozen ( not counting my 2)
I have a parts guy in Southern Ontario who says of all the tractors he wrecks, he rarely sees a Cub. People seem to hang onto them. They stay in families etc....
But there are lots of them around, so you should not have trouble finding them. It's another thing to wrestle them from the owners. Be patient. It took me almost 2 yrs. to get the '67 from the guy a few blocks over.

Welcome aboard.
