I remember doing lead casting in shop class. Of course this was in the early 60's. It wasn't all that hard to do. It seems that the wheel weights would be a snap if you could build a mold large enough to hold them. And boy would the top half of the mold be heavy with all the sand. I remember that you had to sift the layer that went agaist the mold and then you just poared and tamped everything else untiil it was solid. It was a lot of fun at the time. :lol:
