Oil check valve

I got a block with the oil check valve stuck tight when i got it the plug and spring had been removed. Rust inside any Ideas about getting it out?

Turn the block on the side and fill with pressue regulator valve over full of solvent. Let set for a day or two. The valve is brass.

Snap ring pliers with the points out. Reach to the bottom of the valve. Not to much pressure. Wiggle and twist.

After you have soaked it a while use a tap. It will barely grip it but will turn it to loosen it. With luck it may grip enough to pull it out. I think it's hardened steel, so it won't mark it much.
