pay no atention to the case 442

while I'm typing, my 49 cub came with no pto on the back, pto was an option right? i know it was comon

thanks
Dan

Dan:

$400.00 is pretty fair I guess for a Cub. Especially one disassembled already for you :!:    But I am puzzled. You said it had not PTO.. which I found strange cause the PTO is actually not an option, and it is definitely there.

Unless of course this is what you mean..

Which is the Belt Pulley Attachment for the Power Take-Off.

Now Ellie didn't come with one of those puppies and I was looking. But Granny did.. but not with the pulley.. So I got a pulley. Then I ended up getting a complete in great shapes looks like it has never been used Belt Pulley Attachment with Pulley for $15.00 at my Dealer's Liquidation Auction and now I have a 3rd one.. :!:   :D

Some times, as you now know, good deals just show up.

Now if I could just figure out how to train Cubs to show up on my doorstep like the do for Ralph, I would be all set :!:  :? 8) :D 8)

I don't think he said this tractor had no pto. He said his 49 had no pto.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

Rusi,
The PTO WAS an option. Standard equipment was just a flat plate on the back.
