Het Troweller. You say you have all the bolts removed. Are you saying the right cult half is froze onto the square stock that runs to the other left side. Or is the left side froze into the steering housing?

Keep soaking with the PB and don't get in a hurry. You don't want to break the casting. My guess is that it has been on there a long time so it may take along time to take it off.

And another thing you might want to check. Look at your two bolts that you removed from the casting. Are they the same length? There is a slight chance that one bolt broke off towards the very end  , but still unscrewed, and is still holding the square stock in place. I've had a couple of these old bolts break off and needed drilled out and re-tapped. Hope this isn't the case for you. If this is the case, then listen to Nik's advice :D

i just ANOTHER cub, but it is seized i think, with a whole lot of implements-loader, front blade, plow, sickle, cultivators, plow, disc plow, offset disc, spring tooth, rotary cultivator, broadcast seeder, chipper, and manure spreader. I want to check some of the new implements on my cub that runs, but i cant get the cultivator unit off. the square stock of cultivator is stuck everywhere, there aren't any set screws holding it together.

This whole discussion has the ring of answers not fitting the question. Can you show us a picture of the stuck part(s) so we can be sure we are all on the same page?

Here are some tips...

How To Do Neat Stuff in a Post. Once you got that, check out FarmallCub | Cubfest Photo Gallery and How to post photo links in FarmallCub.com Forum.

Then poof :!: you have a pic in a post :!:

Why does that sound like some old axiom :?: Lately, a lot of what I say seems to evoke those thoughts... must be old age.. :!:
