Does painting the radiator grill have any affect on the cooling process ?

I've been told by radiator men that black radiates heat better.

Radiator or grill? Two different questions with basicly the same answer. Won't really matter.

Good thing the wheels are red or it could go missing in the snow!

As for the radiator, I wasn't going to paint mine, but the radiator guy that made the outlet round again painted it black using some kind of 'special' paint. Sure does look a lot better too.
