Will The electrolysis process harm rubber?

say if you put a rim with the tire still on will it hurt the tire?

Won't hurt rubber.

Why would you want to do that? With the tire on and if it has air in it, you will have a hard time getting it under the solution. If the tire doesn't have air in it the solution may get inside and cause a rust problem. I can't think of a reason I would do that.
