Hydraulic Valve Choice(s)??

In trying to select a control valve for my aux circuit(s), I understand the need for an open center valve so as to not damage the pump or TC unit. I also understand that valves with power beyond capability tend to be stronger on the output side. Now my question:

Do I need to order a valve with the power beyond feature installed?

From reading on the Prince Hydraulics page, if I run their valve with the power beyond plug installed, I would run a line from the power beyond port to the bypass block to feed the TC and a 2nd line from the Output port on the valve to the resevoir. If I didn't use the PB feature then there would be only one line from the Output port on the valve back to the bypass block.

I ask this as I don't want to destroy anything.. Thanks!!

The above statement is how I would do it.
I haven't hooked my system up yet but I'm planning on using a valve with power beyond. When using the TC your line to and back to the block will be system pressure therefore you will need a valve with PB.
