The best option in my book is to pack em up and send em to the guy Videodoc found.... sandblast and powdercoat (do a search on it) for pretty cheap money. Less than I paid to have mine sandblasted ONLY.
I used rustoleum 'aluminum' brush on paint. Looks pretty decent, but I am still cryin' the blues after seeing how awesome the powder coated ones look. Especially since I have 3 rounds of painting into em (real hard not to get a run in the rims).
I was pretty suprised to see a nearly perfect example of the original galvanized finish on Colin's Cub at Cubfest. The new Cub owner sure got him a great Cub and he sure gave it a good run too.
