Doug - have you checked with our site sponsors? - J.P.'s, TM or Ralph?
If none of them have one, I see them on E-bay almost constantly. In addition, I think OEM has them as well.

Contact the advertisers in the For Sale/Wanted section of this site.

The torque tube hole cover on my Cub is made out of wood, a piece of flat stock (metal) and a toggle bolt. It was that way when I purchased the Cub.

 There is a slim chance that George Willer may still have one. I bought one from him 2-years ago.

Chance is slim. I'm not able to do much in the shop lately. Right now the biggest problem is gout! Problems seem to multiply. :(

I hope to get the problems resolved and be able to make some of the parts like choke levers and hand hole covers. :)

Oh`Oh Gout, I have had those painful gout attacks a few times. :( The last time was about a month ago. I drank some pure cherry juice and it was gone the next day. A few years back I used to take prescription meds to get rid of it.
