kroil in carburator

the carb off our powerunit is all rusted up. is it safe to use kroil on it?


dont worry the vinegar is locked up in a safe location :lol: :lol:

PB Blaster is safe for metal parts. I would assume Kroil would also be safe. I would read the lable on the side of the can just to be sure.

I have used other solvents on carburators before. Worst thing that happened was that the solvent softened up the neoprem seals.

Country gives it the OK (but I think he uses it for snake bites, posion ivy and beauty creme too)

Better be ok cause mine is shiny with it now, hoping to get some of the crud off it.

This is the 'vinegar replacement' carb. Finally opened it up the other day and it seems to be in good shape.... at least I have all the spare parts I could possibly need. Except the top!
