Gas Up at Zagray Farm in CT this weekend....

Postby Buzzard Wing » Wed May 03, 2006 7:06 pm

Haven't heard from ArtC in a while, but I see the Quinebaug Valley Engineers Association is having their Spring Gas Up this weekend in Colchester.

I was really impressed with the farm (machine shop, forge, etc) and the folks of QVEA that spend a ton of time moving old equipment in to restore, rebuilding sawmills and other just plain interesting stuff.

Also have a big vendor area. It is really worth the trip to spend the day there. Gotta say, not only is Art a great guy, but he has the MOST HANDSOME Cub I have ever seen.

I took some photos last year (it was cold!) that give away my affection for Cubs. Take a look at their photos page, some really interesting stuff there.

Oh yeah Pat... Art really does have a beautiful Cub. Can't wait to see how he makes out with the demonstrator he recently bought.
