This light would be rear work light / red tail light. Not flasher.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

What they did was split the black wire, one goes to the red on the pictured light and the other to the flasher, then to the yellow one on the post. The white wire goes to the work light. The black and white come directly from the switch on the dash.
The pink one (ground) was attached to the light bracket on the battery box.
This picture doesn't show it well, but without some serious digging it is the best I can do. (the dangling plug is the one that is shown in the other picture)

The connectors I need are the ones that fit in those bits of plastic in the picture, including the one for the light. As you can see from the picture in the post, only the ground and 'run' (red light) wires are in the new plug. I need the female ones to make it work. To make it even harder to find, they have a tab that keeps them in the connector housings.
The only yeller part in my garage is the bracket for that flashing light.

Thanks Don. I looked high and low for the connector housings that go into the lights. I replaced the whole harness with an IH harness and it had the wires for the lights. The pink ground wires for the lights were grounded to the generator bracket if I recall.
