I measured 9" on the bottom piece, and 15" from the bottom to the bottom of the handle, with it screwed all the way down, or out. Hope that helps; I'm not sure how far down inside the bottom piece the threaded rod goes....

Sviennadan , could you measure from where the threads start on up to the handle pin hole center.

Brian, I posted on your other thread for this question. My answer there is probably not helpful. Please let us know how this question turns out. There are a couple of us interested in the answer as we are hunting for depth adjusting levers/screws for Cubs.
Good Luck,

Presumably the threads start down inside of the bottom piece. I'm not sure how far it goes in, as it doesn't come all the way out.

if you could measure from the part sticking out of the lower housing at the point where the threads were stopped , where the smooth part of the shaft begins. ,up the the handle pin. that would be a very helpful #. my lower housing piece is about 12 3/4 '' , maybe i could cut it down a lil. thanx 4 the help .
