You can look up the torque for a bolt by diameter and bolt grade. Internet or the chart in the Cub Service Manual, located in the first couple of pages.

Here's a chart or you can probably find it in the manuals section that lists the mower attachments for the tractors.

Sorry for the confusion folks. The poster had posted this in another thread and I moved it into the correct place. However, I never thought about it having the wrong title. I have edited the post to show the correct question.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.
