Fast hitch York rake
Sorry everyone, have some new implements that came with the new cub, due to my lake of knowledge on these, I'll probably be asking a lot of questions..
I'm thrilled I got this York rake with the package,
I'll need it in Virginia, but spent a little time today trying to research this model, and not coming up with anything.. I'm curious when I go to fix this up, I'll have to replace the missing tines, I'm not sure how to find the right size and would all of them have to be replaced since they have some wear on it? I'm taking that it's a York rake model re36 and that someone added the leinbach wheel kit.... Just can't find anything about the re36 ?? Once again thanks in advance

Re: Fast hitch York rake
If you google Leinbach rake tines, Agri Supply (and others) comes up with landscape tines with dimensions. It might be easier (and cheaper) to shorten the replacements if the originals are worn evenly and not to the extent that they won't work as designed.

Thanks for the quick reply, dumb question here, I can measure the length and thickness of them, but would they have the same arch to them?... I don't know if there is a standard or not. Have a lot to learn here.. but looking forward to it as I did the sickle mower

Re: Fast hitch York rake
Can you compare your tines to the dimensions shown for the Agri Supply one? Or take a tine to a farm and ranch supply and see what they have.

Looks like a lienbach line and York rake combined. Any other pictures of the entire unit.

I took the casters off last night, going to drop them off to a welder I know, one has a bend to it and other needs a repair, going to cut off u-bolts later and remove the arms.

Re: Fast hitch York rake
Well been slacking on working on the implements I got with the latest cub, been going between Virginia and Jersey.. Virginia house is going to take a bit. Have the cub I'm going to bring down first running great, will just need the 1st/rear gear replaced.. 1st makes a lot of noise.. reverse just a little..2nd and 3rd are perfect. Want to get her down there with the York rake ready to go, have an excavator coming within next few weeks to clear part of property so I can put up some kind of garage. So want to get her there in case I have to do some cleanup.
So going to bring her down next week, picked up a new trailer to haul her.... No where near as nice as Barnyard's... (Although it did come from Ohio ) I have to stop and manually put Cubs on it and only one
Well when I started working on the York rake, she was missing tines and I couldn't find any close to it, so I just said heck with it, just replaced all. Disassembled bar holding them and cleaned that up of rust and painted... I'll restore the rest of the setup maybe next year, once I have a garage down there, at least I won't have to disassemble that bar, can just separate it from rest of setup.. I'll post picture when I have the York rake reassembled

Looks like you got the hard part done. When you get to the rest of it, it should be relatively easy. Nice York rake!

Re: Fast hitch York rake
Thanks for the compliments, Hopefully I'll be able to finish the rake in the spring... Want to try to restore the flail mower and seals in my original cub over the winter... All depends on if I can make the room in the garage. Have other projects going on.
Got the tines from argi, was a pretty good deal I think, $220 including delivery for all of them
