What length bolts are recommended to mount the plates to the final drives and the lever style depth control bracket to the finals.

Check in the TC-37D Parts Catalog in the PDF Manuals section. The Fast Hitch is covered in the later portion of that manual and the required bolt sizes are included with the part that they fasten.
